"Living He loved me,
Dying He saved me,
Buried He carried
my sins far away!
Rising He justified,
freely forever
One day He's coming!
Oh, Glorious Day!"

"My God is an Awesome God, and He is Mighty to Save, and He will save Jack"

Jack is my friend's beta fish.  She has only had this beta fish a week, but it is sick.  She has worked hard at trying to do what is best for it and to have the beta fish live a long healthy life.  "My God is an Awesome God, and He is Mighty to Save, and He will save Jack" was the statement she made about the situation.  Some may laugh, "its just a fish," and honestly, that was my original thought after hearing the story about Jack.  However, my friend truly cared about Jack and sat down and prayed for him.  While others may find this crazy, I think this is a reminder that God is there through EVERYTHING, and He wants us to come to Him, no matter how small or crazy the situation may seem. Turn everything over to God, your entire life should be chasing after Him, not just the big situations, but everything.  My God is an Awesome God! and He is Mighty to Save!

I love how a 15 year old boy can have a song that us college students rock out to!

Shoutout to my girls Kari, Julie, Meredith and Kelsey that I rock out to this song with!

Justin Bieber- One Time

Me plus you, I'ma tell you one time
Me plus you, I'ma tell you one time
Me plus you, I'ma tell you one time
One time, one time

When I met you girl my heart went knock knock
Now them butterflies in my stomach won't stop stop
And even though it's a struggle love is all we got
And we gon' keep keep climbing to the mountain top

Your world is my world
And my fight is your fight
My breath is your breath
And your heart

And girl you're my one love, my one heart
My one life for sure
Let me tell you one time
(Girl, I love, girl I love you)
I'ma tell you one time
(Girl, I love, girl I love you)

And I'ma be your one guy
You'll be my #1 girl
Always making time for you
I'ma tell you one time
(Girl, I love, girl I love you)
I'ma tell you one time
(Girl, I love, girl I love you)

You look so deep, you know that it humbles me
You're by my side, them troubles them not trouble me
Many have called but the chosen is you
Whatever you want shawty I'll give it to you

Your world is my world
And my fight is your fight
My breath is your breath
And your heart

And girl you're my one love, my one heart
My one life for sure
Let me tell you one time
(Girl, I love, girl I love you)
I'ma tell you one time
(Girl, I love, girl I love you)

And I'ma be your one guy
You'll be my #1 girl
Always making time for you
I'ma tell you one time
(Girl, I love, girl I love you)
I'ma tell you one time
(Girl, I love, girl I love you)

Shawty right there
She's got everything I need
And I'ma tell her one time
Give you everything you need down to my last dime

She makes me happy
I know where I'll be
Right by your side
'Cause she is the one

And girl you're my one love, my one heart
My one life for sure
Let me tell you one time
(Girl, I love, girl I love you)
I'ma tell you one time
(Girl, I love, girl I love you)

And I'ma be your one guy
You'll be my #1 girl
Always making time for you
I'ma tell you one time
(Girl, I love, girl I love you)
I'ma tell you one time
(Girl, I love, girl I love you)

Me plus you, I'ma tell you one time
Me plus you, I'ma tell you one time
Me plus you, I'ma tell you one time
One time, one time

My amazing friends after Bama beat LSU, sending the Crimson Tide to the SEC Championships! I absolutely love these people, and couldn't imagine my life at Bama without them!

Time flies when you're having fun!

As I looked at a calender today, I realized that there is only a few weeks left in my first semester of college.  Where in the world did the time go?  As my brother is trying to figure out what college he is going to go to and taking college visits, I feel like yesterday that was me.  It has been almost a year though, from that stage of my life, and the time has flown by.  One year ago today, I thought UA would be the last place, of the 7 schools I applied to, that I would end up going.  Who knew that "one time trip to Tuscaloosa" that my parents and I took, would end up changing my life.  Now, I have been part of the Crimson Tide for three months, and I couldn't imagine myself anywhere else.

This summer, the pressure and encouragement from my aunt, and mom, and mom's friends, to rush a sorority was relentless.  I had a picture in my mind of a stereotypical sorority girl and knew that wasn't me; therefore, i had no intention of ever rushing or being part of the greek system.  God had another plan.  He put the people in my life to encourage me, and hesitantly I finally agreed to attend rush.  There, I learned that much of the stereotype I had formed, was totally incorrect.  Yes, there are those girls who are prissy, drink all the time, and fit into every single stereotype ever formed about a sorority girl.  But the majority don't fit this mold.  My sorority sisters have been an encouragement in my life.  Like me, my friends live their lives striving to serve Christ and His Kingdom.  They have taken me to multiple churches and Bible studies and continuously encourage me in my faith.

I never thought I would end up at University of Alabama, yet here I am decked out in my houndstooth and crimson, yelling "Roll Tide."  I never thought I would join a sorority, but I am now a proud member of AOII! God works in the most miraculous ways and I am so thankful for the blessings He gives me.  He had a much different plan for my life, then I would have ever had for me, and I am so thankful.  He has blessed me with so much, and continues to provide for me every single day!
